Provider and acceptance
Localdeck is provided by SUPERLOOP SLU, VAT identification number ESB44853240, Carrer de Balcells 13, 08024 Barcelona, Spain.
By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Localdeck, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Licence grant
Localdeck grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the application for lawful personal or professional development work.
You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, circumvent licence restrictions, or use Localdeck to unlawfully access systems or content. Rights provided by mandatory law, including permitted interoperability rights, remain unaffected.
Free and Pro plans
Localdeck Free provides the features and limits shown in the application and on the pricing page. Localdeck Pro unlocks the Pro features associated with the purchased licence.
A Localdeck Pro licence is a one-time purchase that grants perpetual access to the eligible Localdeck 1.x version and its included features. It includes Localdeck 1.x updates. A future major version may be sold separately.
Unless the checkout states otherwise, one Pro licence may be activated on up to three Macs used by the licence holder. Licence keys must not be shared, published, or resold.
Purchases, taxes, and refunds
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. The price, currency, taxes, payment methods, and checkout conditions shown at purchase apply to the order.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@localdeck.dev. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and returned to the original payment method. Refunded licences may be deactivated.
Refund and withdrawal requests outside this policy are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the checkout provider's process. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
Affiliate programme
Localdeck may operate an affiliate programme through Lemon Squeezy. Participation in the programme is subject to the affiliate terms presented when an affiliate applies or joins. Affiliates must clearly disclose their commercial relationship with Localdeck and must not use misleading, unlawful, or unsolicited promotional practices.
We may reject applications, withhold commissions linked to fraudulent or refunded orders, or remove affiliates who breach the applicable affiliate terms.
Updates and availability
Localdeck may provide maintenance, security, compatibility, and feature updates. We do not guarantee that every feature or third-party integration will remain available indefinitely. Changes will not remove your perpetual right to use the eligible version already licensed, subject to technical compatibility and applicable law.
Your projects and local services
You remain responsible for your projects, commands, local services, credentials, backups, and network configuration. Localdeck can execute commands and temporarily expose selected local services to devices on your local network. Review project commands and disable Device Preview when it is not needed.
Disclaimer and liability
Localdeck is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPERLOOP SLU does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not responsible for losses caused by project commands, third-party software, local services, network configuration, or failure to maintain backups.
Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate a licence if it is fraudulent, unlawfully shared, resold, or used in material breach of these terms. You may stop using Localdeck and deactivate the licence at any time.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules applicable in your country of residence remain unaffected.
