Activate Pro
- Open the gear menu and choose My Plan.
- Enter the licence key received after purchase.
- Activate the licence.
- Confirm the plan shows Pro.
Device activations
A licence can be activated on the number of Macs allowed by the purchase. Deactivate a Mac before transferring an activation when possible.
Reinstalling Localdeck
The purchase remains valid after deleting or reinstalling the app. Activate the licence key again if Localdeck no longer detects it.
Included updates
Pro includes one year of updates and perpetual access to eligible versions. A future major version may require a separate upgrade purchase.
Licence activation fails
- Confirm the licence key is complete and contains no extra spaces.
- Confirm the Mac has internet access during activation.
- Check whether the activation limit has been reached.
- Contact hello@localdeck.dev with the purchase email and the displayed error. Never send project data.
